Payment:
All online purchases are processed via PayPal.

Returns:
Because many of our pieces are antique, vintage and/or one of a kind each vintage item is sold “as-is”. Our intention is to always fully disclose any special details or flaws in an items description but we encourage customers to ask questions before any purchase, new or old. We are happy to provide additional pictures and descriptions when requested. However, if upon receipt you are unhappy with any part of your purchase, returns are allowed within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be in unused condition and in original packaging. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages:
Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival. In the event that an item is damaged during shipping, you will need to contact us immediately and a claim will be filed with the proper shipping vendor. Noun must be informed within 48 hours of delivery of all damaged goods, or a claim cannot be processed. If the item is replaceable, you will be sent a new, identical piece. If the item is no longer available, your money will be fully refunded. You may be required to photograph damaged items as part of the claims process. Do not dispose of damaged packaging or merchandise until you receive refund approval.

Shipping:
-All items will be shipped via FedEx or USPS.
-We do not offer international shipping at this time.
-Shipping costs include insurance, which we require due to the scarcity and often fragile nature of our pieces.
-Shipping costs DO NOT include signature confirmation. If you require it, or any other special handling instructions, you may request it by clicking on the "note to seller" button in Paypal. You may be required to pay for any additional shipping charges your request incurs.
-Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery depending on your location. Rush delivery may be possible for an additional cost and must be discussed with us prior to purchase.
